Molly’s path into SEO started right out of college, spending several years doing in-house SEO for a Fortune 500 e-commerce retailer before making the move to the agency side at Hurrdat. Since joining, she has grown from strategist to director — bringing a well-rounded perspective that spans both enterprise-level and multi-client agency work.
Over a decade into her SEO career, Molly has experienced some of the significant shifts within the industry — algorithm updates that rewrote the rules on content quality, the evolution of search intent and how it shapes site architecture, and the fundamental change in how users interact with search results.
